JOB PROFILE

Responsible for creating, monitoring reports/dashboards for Commercial division and providing key insights to improve overall Business outcome.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comparative analysis for enquiries and registrations as per requested time frame in order to support Sales, Marketing and Business Development Team with decision making tool.
  • Identify, analyse, interpret trends or patterns in data sets and provide insights to increase conversions predict customer behavior or to identify business and operational risks.
  • Interpret results and prepare power point presentations as and when required for business meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring data is translated into relevant interpretations and recommendations for business teams across organization through the development and maintenance of key KPI metric dashboards
  • Deliver and present actionable product/channel insights. Identify new strategic opportunities and recommend actions when applicable. Perform gap analysis by studying current and historical data and present results to line manager.
  • Monitor promotion results during the promotion period and report results to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Maintain, update and prepare relevant databases to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data are available at all times
  • Review and quality check the data entered in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and in order to maintain continuity of work operations, discover irregularities and determine continuing needs
  • Creating dashboards that are used for monitoring growth, conversion, target achievement and other critical KPIs of the Commercial



DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or similar preferred  
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Excellent analytical ability.
  • Market-focused and results-oriented.
  • Responds well in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of advanced MS-Excel and Power BI
  • Knowledge of data modelling and machine learning is an added advantage
